Five time all-star and elite power forward Amar'e Stoudemire is officially the newest member of the New York Knicks. Stoudemire proclaimed at the press conference held today on The Garden floor that “the Knicks are back.” The deal was for an astronomical five-year, $100 million. Head coach Mike D'Antoni and Stoudemire are reunited and hopes are that they can win as many games with the Knicks as they did with the Phoenix Suns, and even a Championship or two. One question I have is who will get Amar’e the ball? Tony Douglas looks like a promising NBA player but he’s no Steve Nash. The Knicks may be out of the LeBron James Sweepstakes but they still have money under the salary cap to sign or trade for other players.
