Mets Lose to Cubs Saturday 5-3

The Mets lost at home yesterday even after trying their new outfield alignment. Jerry Manuel said day one of the season that it would take half the season to learn the outfield. With all the injuries it's taken a little longer but he's started his new outfield alignment of bunching the players and leaving the lines open to prevent triples. Good to see Josh Thole throw out his first runner and go 2 for 3. Castillo also went 2 for 3 but the Mets struck out 13 times yesterday as a team. Figueroa falls to 2 and 4.
