Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan Loses 30 Pounds after Surgery – Look for a Svelte Rex Coming to a Sideline Near You!

Rex Ryan, head coach and resident big man of the New York Jets has lost 30 plus pounds thus far after having a successful lap-band procedure performed on March 13th at NYU Medical Center. Last week I heard Evan Roberts on WFAN give Rex a hard time for not losing weight like everyone else. How did Roberts get his job? He’s in his 20’s and routinely speaks about sports that he has no knowledge of and players he’s never seen play. Rex tipped the scales at 338 pounds before the procedure and Ryan knows how important it is to lose weight for his and his family’s sake. Look for a Svelte Rex coming to a sideline near you! More info as reported by nypost.com and wcbstv.com and wcbstv.com.
