Just Watched New York Yankees Lose to Texas Rangers in ALCS – Mike Francesca Gave Pitcher Colby Lewis and Rangers No Respect

The New York Yankees were just defeated by the Texas Rangers 4 games to 2 in the American League Championship Series. The Rangers outpitched them, out hit them, out ran them and flat out destroyed them. I subjected myself to listening to Mike Francesca on WFAN-AM yap on and on incessantly about “Andy, Andy, Andy, Andy, Andy” and tidbits such as “’Cause they’re the Yankees!” What a joke. Francesca gave absolutely no respect to Colby Lewis and the Rangers who blew away the Yankees. All Francesca could do was speak about Andy getting the ball tomorrow night and all the pressure the Yankees were putting on Andy at his age. Mike obviously forgot about Game 6. Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan could not have been more humble in accepting the American League Championship trophy. The Rangers will go onto their first World Series.
